⚠️ Important: These terms apply to all CSMBAC services including AI Store, Brand Generator, Careers, and Trading Signals. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CSMBAC services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

CSMBAC provides:

AI Store: AI hosting, managed operations, and automation services
Brand Generator: AI-powered brand asset generation
Careers: Career coaching and transformation services (not job placement)
Trading Signals: AI-powered market analysis and trading signals (not financial advice)

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts and Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain Services
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must provide accurate, current information
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

5. Payment Terms

Fees are as displayed on our website or as agreed in writing
Payments processed via PayPal/Stripe — we do not store card details
Subscription services bill on recurring basis until cancelled
Refunds subject to individual service policies (see service-specific terms)
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Service-Specific Terms

AI Store

Service levels as described in your selected plan
Uptime targets are goals, not guarantees (unless enterprise SLA purchased)
You retain ownership of your data and applications

Brand Generator

Free tier: Watermarked previews, personal use only
Paid tier: Full asset pack with commercial license
Generated assets are yours to use indefinitely
We do not claim ownership of your generated brands

Careers

Careers services are coaching/consulting, NOT job placement
We do not guarantee employment outcomes
2x salary guarantee applies only to Transformation and Elite tiers (see guarantee terms)
Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control

Trading Signals

Signals are for informational purposes ONLY — NOT financial advice
Trading involves substantial risk of loss
Past performance does not guarantee future results
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
CSMBAC is not regulated by FCA or any financial authority

7. Intellectual Property

CSMBAC owns all rights to our website, software, and proprietary technology
You retain ownership of content you create using our Services
You grant us license to use your content as needed to provide Services

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

Use Services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Attempt to access other users' data
Reverse engineer our software
Use Services to send spam or malicious content
Interfere with Service security or performance

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SERVICES PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CSMBAC'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CSMBAC harmless from claims arising from your use of Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may cancel subscription services anytime (subject to refund policy)
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations
Upon termination, you retain rights to content you created

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
